SAFETY IS A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY

Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to Pinown (com.ai.pinown), published by MakeItShake, and everyone who uses the Pinown app or services. Pinown prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Last updated: 30 October 2026
Zero tolerance: Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is prohibited on Pinown.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not create, upload, post, share, request, solicit, promote or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor. Prohibited conduct includes grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child, and sexualized depictions of minors.

This prohibition covers profiles, photos, event listings, companion requests, links and all other content or interactions on Pinown. Content or behavior that exploits, endangers or sexualizes a child is not permitted.

How to report a concern

In the Pinown app, open Safety options on the relevant profile or content and choose Report child-safety concern. This in-app reporting mechanism lets members send reports to Pinown for review. Include the member or content details and a brief description. Do not attach, download, copy or forward suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. You can also contact support@pinown.com.

How Pinown responds

Pinown reviews child-safety reports and may remove reported content, restrict or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant information when legally required. Pinown addresses CSAM reports in accordance with applicable child-safety laws and reports confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities where required by law. Pinown cooperates with lawful investigations.
