Treat people with respect
Be considerate, honest and respectful. Do not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, discriminate against, or repeatedly contact someone who has declined to engage.
Share appropriate content
Post genuine, relevant profiles, event listings and companion requests. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, hateful, violent or sexually exploitative content, spam, scams, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Pinown strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, sextortion, trafficking and sexualization of minors. See our Child Safety Standards.
Protect safety and privacy
Do not share another person’s private information, images or content without permission. Avoid posting home addresses, private contact details or other sensitive personal information. Use good judgment when meeting people in person and choose public places.
Report and block
Use the in-app report and block tools where available to flag profiles or content that violate these guidelines. For urgent child-safety matters or if an in-app tool is unavailable, email support@pinown.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Enforcement
Pinown may review reported content and take action based on the circumstances, including removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination.
