Agreement
By creating an account or using Pinown, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable use
Use Pinown lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, impersonate someone, post deceptive or unlawful content, interfere with the service, or use Pinown to exploit or endanger anyone. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are strictly prohibited under our Child Safety Standards.
Member content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. You give Pinown permission to host, display and process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You can remove content through available app controls or contact support.
Service availability and actions
Features may change, be unavailable or be removed. Pinown may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect members, enforce these terms, comply with law or maintain the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Ending use
You may stop using Pinown and request account deletion using the instructions on our Delete Account page.
